1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The paint bucket or putty bag must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
⚠️ Special Note on Tinted Paints: Paints that have been custom-mixed (tinted) to your specific color choice cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Leaked Products
In case of leakage or transit damage:
- Please record a video while unboxing the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will provide a free replacement for products damaged during shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched or before the paint tinting process begins. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
